Maurice Gravier and Mark Chahwan have built careers on either side of wealth management, at an established bank and at a challenger platform. Gravier has served as Group Chief Investment Officer of Emirates NBD, overseeing investment policy, process, strategy and security selection for the wealth businesses of Dubai's biggest bank. A French national with a master's from ESCP Europe, he began at Natixis Asset Management in Paris, moved to Lombard Odier in Geneva, and came to Dubai in 2017, first joining the executive committee of a multi-billion-dollar family office. Chahwan co-founded Sarwa, a one-stop investment and personal finance platform in the Middle East, after roles at Accenture Strategy in banking and wealth management and at one of Canada's largest pension funds. He began at BLOMINVEST Bank and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. Sarwa has passed AED 10 billion in cumulative trading volume.
